OK, yeah, I agree with that. I've seen it happen in a smaller fandom I'm in. But I do think in the next 5-10 years, as the current preteens start getting into fandom, we're going to see a shift back to anything goes. They're going to (rightly) think the Judgey McJudgersons are pretty damn lame.
