If you think people are going to complain that the ages are creepy, I doubt it. Unless someone is creeped out by any and all deaging. Otherwise, aside from their being older teenagers, and there being no sex, the ages are too close together for it to be creepy. People would object to a seventeen year old with a thirty year old, not a seventeen year old with an eighteen year old.
