I'm assuming you don't mean literally a rapist or misogynist? because other than being literally a rapist or misogynist, it's not that it's ok you doing it because you're a "chick" (also assuming you actually are a girl and not just an MRA troll) it's that as a woman with a severely diminished social capacity to harm men, it is much much less likely that you being a "creep" to guys will cause them any actual harm.
