Lot of willful misunderstanding here.

I mean to say that your life isn't over because of trauma. Trauma is an inherent part of life.

I mean, no offense, but I don't think it's willful misunderstanding. I think you wrote a shitty comment that didn't communicate what you meant it to communicate.

Because I get where you were going in general. But you also wrote a lot of stuff that seemed to be really hostile at the idea of people who've been really seriously hurt crying about it and telling them they need to get up and go on. Can you not see how that doesn't exactly get across the hopeful idea that trauma doesn't end our lives, and instead seems to be telling people to JUST get over it?

Yeah, no. Actually, trauma *isn't* an inherent part of life. To date? I have not been traumatized. That's a fucking plus, and I'm grateful. But your statement is so much bullshite I'm getting my shovel.
