Jordan Almonds

Do you like them? (Jordan almonds are almonds coated with a hard, sweet candy shell and usually colored with pastel shades.)

I prefer regular chocolate-covered almonds, myself.

I do! I also used to like chocolate almonds but these days I find the ratio of chocolate to almond trends waaaayyyy too high toward the chocolate side.

Why can't I have a chocolate almond that's an extremely thin layer of chocolate and mostly almond? Damn it.

The other issue is people skimp on the chocolate quality

I need that extremely good chocolate

Yeah, I'm not the greatest fan of chocolate myself. I'd probably like them more if they weren't the same cheap, somewhat waxy chocolate all the time.

Only in small doses. The first time I had them, I was really little my mom brought them back as favors from a wedding she went to. A tiny bag of Jordan almonds is good, but I wouldn't want lots of them.

I really don't like them. They taste chalky and weird.

I've probably had them at some point, but not in years.

They figure prominently in the "unexpected dating sim" by lemondaurora:

I like them, but too many in one go gives me heartburn. Also the only place I can find them is at a middle-of-the-mall sweet stall at the shopping centre to the south, and they are serve-yourself and priced by weight. I can easily blow $16-$20 on a bag of them and I can't always afford that when I'm down there.
