Royai was really common ...?

Ed/greedling I found really prevalent in doujinshi if you like that.

Can't say I noticed any quality difference, just that it was a big fandom so more of everything.

Not to mention Ed/Al was ridiculously popular back in the day. Ed/Roy was the only one that surpassed it, at least in the places I was looking.
