I'm with the others in saying "go for it". You won't know for sure why exactly they appeal to you so much unless you go out with them, after all, and even if this winds up being a brief fling or something, well, then, hey, you kinda lived your dream a little for a time, and there's nothing wrong with that :).

And they're clearly interested, and, as you note, seem like a cool person. So why not see what happens?
