You don't necessarily have to specify that it's good stories that cause it... You can just say that it happens whenever you get sexually aroused or whenever you get overly excited. It's not exactly an unheard-of phenomenon, and really it's just a byproduct of the way the body reacts to increased arousal.

It's honestly a pretty simple problem from a psychological perspective, but you'd probably really benefit from learning some ways to center yourself so you don't get to the point of needing to hurl lol.

Thank you, anon, this probably wouldn't be too bad of an idea to float around with a psych the next time I see one. Being able to have better control over how things affect me is a pretty good thing in general, so I'm aboard. Once again, thanks for the advice!
