Yeah, I do think a big part is being dramatic. So often people say they are triggered and start typing as if they are having a seizure but still manage to type it out and submit the post anyways instead of stepping away from the computer and cooling off (which would be a more believable reaction to getting 'triggered').

All for attention of course. I don't believe they are actually triggered. If they are triggered so easily then their parents should monitor their computer usage more carefully, maybe limit their internet access to only sites they could use for school work.
