Both. I have a few poly bi friends who are like this (saying stuff like they didn't really have sex until they had sex with a man or whatever) but I don't say anything, and, weird specific example, I follow a few bloggers that talk in depth about their sex life that seem like this.

I definitely don't think every bi woman is like this, I just get kinda weird and sad, like my relationships with women aren't seen to be as real by society or whatever.

Have you considered making a couple new friends, or hanging out somewhere else?

Not saying abandon friends because they have weird shitty attitudes but not everyone is like that.

Are they "bi" but mostly for the benefit of their boyfriends? That is, not that they aren't actually into girls, but that their sexuality is always subordinate to their boyfriend's? That happens a LOT. They might essentially be performing, downplaying one thing.

How do I put this. Are they positioning their relationships with women as something they do while waiting for their boyfriend, or something specifically to turn on the boyfriend?

When I came out as bi I had to deal with requests for threesomes for a long time. Basically my sexuality was a turnon. This is really common. If you love and care about a guy and the guy is all about being poly and getting you with girls you're probably going to try to make yourself comfortable with that aspect of it.

I guess what I'm trying to say is to try to meet new people, but also be empathetic with these ones. They probably feel like they have to do this.

Hey Raspberry why did you delete?

I'm out in that I'm not in, if that makes any sense. I felt a need to disclose earlier in a relationship for some stupid reason but right now it's more or less just out there if people are intelligent enough to notice.
