The slapping with the penis in porn I believe is to keep things hard because filming can go on for a long time. And the coming on the face is so the ejaculation can be seen on film. But because it shows up so much in porn, it becomes part of what many people think of when they think of sex. And for some guys, I think it becomes a dominance thing.
