Yeah, see, the thing is is that this was totally staged. It was apparently taken in some town in the middle of nowhere, yet the paps just HAPPENED to turn up?

They went to see his family, staged. DRAGGED A KID INTO PAP PICS.

Then Rome. The whole fucking thing looks like that year Joaquin Phoenix pretended to be a hobo but it was just for a job.

I like both Tom and Taylor and this is just such a low for them. Very disappointed. I'm kinda hoping that it is real and just some crazily moving new relationship.

But no, it's starting to become more and more obvious that this is staged.Although I can't see how this is at all going to help him become James Bond.

I would never put anything past paps. I remember someone once commented on a photo of her in a bathing suit (with her friends) and wearing her signature red lipstick, which is you know, not exactly for swimming. She responded that you never know when there's paparazzo whose got a camera that can shoot high-def from a mile away.

She is certainly someone who is intensely aware of the enormous paparazzi and press and media and general culture interest in her every move, and tries to shape it to her advantage where possible. I don't see how that makes her a villain. Like you say, people would be doing this shit whether or not she was complicit in it, so.

I don't know if they're staged or not but do you have any real reasons for thinking they are? All I see here is you saying they're staged over and over.

The bit about it being "her beach where she pitched a fit over her privacy" makes it sound less likely it's staged to me but I don't pay attention to celebrities so maybe I'm missing something. I don't even know what "her beach" means. She owns a beach? Which she can't go walking around on without expecting to have photos taken even after she's told people she doesn't want them doing it? I have no idea what's going on here and what's supposed to be so terrible about them.

the pics were taken in rhode island, which apparently has some of the most strong anit-pap laws. Beach also on private property. They look fake and awkward and aware of the camera.

all those together makes it unlikely that a pap just 'happened' on them, and would risk legal action (the anit-pap laws and trespassing)
