That makes sense. I wouldn't know. I was just going by what most people I've seen were saying, like them being more attracted to their partners and spouses over time due to increased intimacy, and sex with their partner being different from sex with random people.

On second thought, it may be due to my peers being older than the average FSer who hasn't hit the long term and marriage stages yet.

A lot more goes into that than time. It's true that sex is often better with a committed partner than with random people, but that also has to do with the two people being experienced together, knowing each other's bodies, knowing what the other likes, and trusting each other.

That makes practical sense to me. I hear more about the intimacy and love type stuff than the practical things, though. But again, that's only IME and hearsay. I don't disbelieve you.
