So much depends on context.

"Having sex with" is nice and clear.

I tend to use "banging" or "sleeping with" around friends.

Sometimes because it amuses me, I'll use sillier terms like "boinking" or "doing the do" or "having the sex."

Or I'll use "getting naked and sweaty with."
