Yes, they're canon in the main universe, too. Of the three books where it could be showing up (Harley Quinn, New Suicide Squad and Ivy's mini), I'm only reading Harley's book, but it's showing up there. It's also explicitly non-monogamous, but Ivy seems to be Harley's main partner.
