40. Ahaha, I know your pain. There's a crossover or two I would write if only both fandoms weren't so tiny that no one would get it.

46. Oh no, it's popular so now it sucks! Quick, pimp out some obscure series that "don't get enough love" so that you can bitch when more people get into those fandoms, because they were better when no one knew about them!

60. ... Dude. Relax. Liking a show that has a lot of fanservice doesn't make you a misogynistic asshole, especially not if you like it despite the fanservice rather than because of it. If, in order to be a feminist or just not sexist in general, you couldn't watch/enjoy anything with fanservice in it, you would basically not be able to watch any anime at all. And there are far, far worse series in terms of misogyny/sexism/fanservice levels than SZS, from what little of SZS I've seen. So really, I don't think this is as big a deal as you're making it.

I wouldn't bitch even if the Fukumoto fandom grew. It's not the popularity that's the problem, it's the fans who are in the fandom purely because of the "OMG PRETTY BOYS (* ɥ *)!!!"

And I can't help but feel that your tone is a bit on the offensive side in regards to this. . .

I wouldn't say fanservice in itself has to be necessarily sexist, either. Shoujo anime frequently have lots of female-oriented fanservice and nobody bats an eye or says 'hay thar, that's objectifying men...' It's possible to enjoy fanservice for what it is: you don't need to read sexism into everything. It's fanservice combined with a series of other factors (character stereotypes, fail plot devices etc.) that potentially give a show a sexist slant.
