It's up to you to assume that risk if you feel that strongly. I usually have a cell phone on me, so my course of action would have been to record a few seconds of it then call 911.

You just can't blame someone for not stepping in, because how are they supposed to prove something if they start a fight with an absolute stranger in public?

Easy to say that someone ELSE should've done something because you're just poor lil you. Are you now exempt from ever acting because you're so small, but now you'll just sit on your high horse and judge everyone else? Other people have their reasons too.
