I still need someone to explain to me why Bulma went from Yamcha to Vegeta? Anyone got a good explanation that doesn't involve "All Good Girls Want Bad Boys"?

I think it was implied that Yamcha cheated on Bulma (or at least she believed that he did). Their relationship never seemed very strong, anyway. Even when they hooked up in Dragon Ball it seemed to be more out of convenience than anything. Bulma wanted a hot boyfriend, Yamcha was extremely nervous around girls and desperate for a girlfriend, and they were both planning to wish on the Dragon Balls to get one. They adventured together briefly with Goku and ended up telling each other what their wish was in a moment when they both thought they might die.
