I hover in really gross places (because of things like this partly) but I rarely make much of a mess and I always clean it up. And it's a bit weird to assume it's a hoverer especially with no indication that it's a women's-only restroom. I've had issues being in a couple game shops (95% of the clientele and nearly everyone who participates in card game tournaments being male) and sitting or almost sitting in pee on the seat...pretty sure those weren't hoverers.

(also I thought she meant an office seat at first too I mean whaaat)
