the thing with pasta is, ever since I started making my own, it's clearly so much better than dried pasta. but it's also something i often don't want to make bc lazy. real dilemma.

Yeah, I know that feel. But sometimes you just have to suck it up and eat dried pasta with delicious mushrooms because you're a lazy slob and you want something with your mushrooms.

I often eat these kind of mushrooms with white rice and tomato sauce, and maybe some more vegetables (in the summer, fresh diced tomatoes and cucumbers with cilantro is particularly great.)
