In written erotica, holy shit yes. The visual and idea is so hot. I also really love when the person who's sucking is humiliated, pushed farther down, etc. Even better in fanfic, with certain character dynamics.

In live-action porn, it's just gross. Though I don't know if it's inevitably gross, or if it's just that all the porn I've seen is incredibly mediocre and unsexy.
