The Latinas were literally the ones running the panty business. She never had racist motivations, just asshole motivations (and semi-self defense, since if they got caught they would've ratted her out, so she had to rat them out first).

She wasn't the one who started strip searching the non-whites. She literally only said "the Latinas are running a panty business" (which was true). I fail to see how she actively "utilized racism" - she benefited from it, sure, but utilized it? seems like a weak claim.
