Adam from Supernatural. Sure, Sam and Dean also have really, incredibly shitty lives and had their entire lives manipulated by forces out of their control but at least they were raised in a hunter's lifestyle and knew (more or less) what to expect from it and were capable of defending themselves most of the time. Adam was just some normal dude with the misfortune of being born a winchester who got eaten by a ghoul, brought back to life just so an angel could possess him, and then got dumped into hell and completely forgotten about (the looks on Sam and Dean's faces in season 10 when they're like "oh shit, is he still down there?" are hilarious and depressing. Poor Adam)
