Yeah. If he (assuming the guy in question is the dad, here) wants the kid and she doesn't mind carrying to term (wouldn't blame her for not wanting to, though, it's her body), he could pay her medical bills until the kid's born and a bit after to make certain she recovers okay, too. Whatever her decision, it's nice if the guy who got her pregnant helps her out.
