It looks like a behind-the-scenes photo from LotR, of the scene where the the Rohirrim horse Brego finds an injured Aragorn (after he fell in a river during a fight against some orcs) and Aragorn struggles to climb on his back. Viggo Mortensen did a lot of training with that horse to get it right (and the scene included the horse lying down, Viggo climbing on it, then the horse standing up with him on it's back).

Viggo's dedication to his role in general was amazing. All the stories about various behind the scene things are fascinating.

The footage of the training is hiarious. They started by trying to get the horse to kneel down next to a dummy... and the horse rolled over onto the dummy.
