If you want hilarious: Laurenzside (especially her Yandere Simulator stuff), Commander Holly (just in general), Markiplier (in general).

If you want hilarious and don't mind extra obscenity: Kubz Scouts (I recommend his plays of 60 Seconds Survival; Yandere Simulator; Papers, Please; and The Stanley Parable.)

If you want witty and informative commentary: Aavak (I especially recommend his ongoing Stardew Valley series), RoahmMythril (I especially recommend RoahmMythril's Mega Man perfect runs), MetalCanyon (I especially recommend his Papers, Please playthrough)

As far as games I recommend LPs of: any LP of Papers, Please (It's really entertaining for a game that's about a border checkpoint and checking papers); the Stanley Parable (SO MANY ENDINGS); Goat Simulator (it's just fuckin' funny); and technically still debug build of a game but Yandere Simulator (It's fun to see different people's takes on the various situations still being added with each build).
