Given I haven't looked hard, but most of the OELVN I've seen are jokes that don't even get a chuckle of out me.

Anything made by Hanako Games, their games are really quality: Magical Diary, Royal Trap, A Little Lily Princess are just a few of them I recommend the most! A game in similar vein but from a different developer is 1931 Scheherazade, made by the guys who did Academagia.

Then, you have Jisei, Kansei and Yousei which are mystery games by sakevisual. Or Coming Out on Top by obscurasoft, if you don't mind porn. There's also Magicians of Delphine which is in alpha and kind of abandonware but the alpha release is already lots of fun. And Queen at Arms which is a very gender-positive game about a soldier. :) This is all off the top my head! I'll come back if I remember more.
