funny argument when you just tried to defend Drogo's atrocities with cultural relativity. What, Ramsey can't do things in his own way? It's only cool to do horrible things if you have a group of buddies who think it's okay?

Pretty sure flaying counts as torture, dude.

And Roose out and out says he raped Ramsay's mother beneath the corpse of her husband out of spite that she married without his permission as her liege lord, and that's how Ramsay was conceived. So yeah, they rape people.

It still isn't a culture, but the Boltons are one fucked up horrorshow of a family, and have been for generations. Ramsay's just extra special fucked up, even by Bolton standards.

Also, like you said, it's one family. The Dothraki are tens of thousands of people, forming an entire nation, who all follow those same norms. The other noble families in Westeros think the Boltons are crazy.
