I'd probably go for inventing names from Quenya - it may be a bit immodest of me but do remain fond of Elennárë, Lossanárë and Elenlossë. I don't know, even now, if they are correct construction, but they have been the names of my Silmarils for in excess of a year and half - probably over two years - so they have settled into my head and I don't really care if they're technically correct.

I also have other names I've made up, Briieth, Oraania, Khyileinna, Selaarhnya, Malacus, Nathanius (those two are, admitedly, based on Malcom and Nathaniel), Andrion. Though I still find Mimnristriqua slightly awkward and wonder what I was thinking back when I invented it.
