While I don't have the suicidal thoughts, that exhaustion and feeling of being overwhelmed over anything I need to do is there when I'm stressed and depressed. *also hugs*

I don't know if it's possible for you, but try making a few notes of simple little things you can do to get done each day. It should just be something that doesn't require too much effort, but just to get you started. I usually end up with a list of like 5 things, but tell myself even if I only do ONE of them, that's progress. Little steps are still something, and it can help build your confidence and motivation. Bonus is if you give yourself a reward for doing them.
