Sadly, uh, that kind of thing is pretty plausible in House fandom.
It was a welcome break from all the Aspergers wank though.

I don't want to compare House fandom to Harry Potter fandom, but there does seem to be a disproportionate amount of bad!fic....

For instance, have you read the cancer germs fic?

It's such a masterpiece.


I think the tradeoff in the House fandom is that there is also a large sector that appreciates that copious amounts of lulz the show brings regularly.
