usually biology stuff that doesn't make sense. It also annoys me a bit when the good guy gets into a gunfight (with handguns, spaceships etc.) and dodges 2909480 bullets but then lands the perfect shot. that just strikes me as super unrealistic

Or when being stabbed is treated as Gunshot Lite and easy to just power through!

Slash other incredible misunderstandings of medicine/bodies/pain and how much it slows folks down. Adrenaline is powerful, but it doesn't turn you into Superman!

Sort of similar: but when someone just picks up a gun and hits on the first try. That very rarely happens. Shooting takes a skill, especially with an unfamiliar weapon. (Close range, different story, of course)
