Well, sex with a minor who can't legally consent does equal child rape. I'm not sure what's a "loose" definition of that. I guess if it's not death and torture it's not "real" abuse?

More like people aren't all going to agree that 17 = child. I also don't know enough about consent laws in the Third Reich to say for sure. 17 is legal in many places even today.

I mean from a legal standpoint it actually depends on what the age of consent was in Germany at the time.

And honestly, even moreso than with Trump, it's pretty much impossible for me to think of Hitler as any worse than I already do, so as a result I don't feel too strongly about it, which I guess is kinda weird.

(I would argue that there is nuance and sometimes a difference between having sex with an overtly [not necessarily legally] consenting teenager versus non-statutory rape with force, but again, Hitler so it doesn't really matter here to me)
