Which episode is it?

Have any of those episodes, where Google isn't helping and the summaries give no clues? Ask away!

For my part, I've been reading White Collar fic and wasn't too watch a few episodes I can't remember the titles of. In one Neal has to talk Peter through breaking out of some place, and in another Peter gets bad enough hurt to need an ambulance. The vagueness of my memory made my search unsuccessful! I don't suppose anyone knows what I'm thinking of?

My google search got me, for the first one: Payback (2x14) and the second might be: Company Man (2x8)--Peter is given digitalis and the EMTs arrive in time to save him--the ep summary I looked at showed a screen cap of EMTs working on Peter whilst on a stretcher.
