Aragorn/Eowyn

I actually do like the endgame pairings too but I definitely thought these two were going to end up together when I first read the book, and I shipped them.

I used to be really into them and not a fan of any other Aragorn ship. Now I'm content with canon pairings but still ship him with her as well as quite a few other characters.

I'm not sure how many of my ships actually were endgame. Basically 99% of the gay ones weren't endgame, sadly unsurprisingly. But even thinking to my favorite het ships, sometimes nothing was endgame. Like Cloud/Aeris from FFVII - there wasn't an endgame ship at all, so it was never like, shot down, I guess? well, for that example, in a loose manner of speaking..

Jackie/Hyde, but I like to ignore all of season 8.

Warren/Layla in Sky High, though I kind of figured it wouldn't happen but I was slightly hopeful man.

Sam/Jack from SG1, but I'm not sure if any ship was endgame in that show.

Daniel/Vala kinda was wasn't it?

Gods, this. It's like they needed an excuse to destroy any character development Jackie had and pair her off with the one guy who hadn't officially been with her (ignoring Eric, of course, because Donna).

I could go on extremely long-winded rants about how stupid her entire 'romantic' arc was in season 8. And honestly it isn't even just the J/H thing that I hate about season 8, all of it feels off to me which is why I pretend it doesn't exist(and when I rewatched it I flat out refused to watch anything past season 7).

I'll just never understand why they did that to the both of them.

Ted/Mother

All of them. Hell, I even had a _het_ pairing that went *boom* cus the lead actor on the show left and they fucking killed his character off (Death in Paradise). I don't like many het pairings, but seriously, universe, not even one ship?

Well, most of my main Tolkien pairings aren't canon, though they aren't contradicted by canon either.

Harry/Hermione was my OTP for a long time. I still ship it, though I more ship all three of the Trio together.

Buffy/Spike/Angel is my Buffyverse OTP. Buffy wasn't together with anyone as an endgame.

No Doctor Who pairings are really endgame. I ship 10/Donna and River/11 and 12. Also Master/10 and Missy/12. And Jack/9 and 10.

I was more of a Jaina/Zek character, and Jaina/Jag was end game.

Steve/Bucky is pretty clearly not going to be endgame.

Jaina/Zekk was my thing until I realized that I actually liked Jag way better than Zekk, lol. But my REAL jam was Tenel Ka/Jacen, and I will NEVER EVER EVER forgive whoever it was that made the decision to make Jacen evil and RUIN my favorite Star Wars pairing.

I'm still upset with the way Legends ended. Like, yes I supposed it's a fairly good conclusion, but I want to know how we got from Fate of the Jedi to the Legacy comics.

I shipped Jaina with everyone.

I suppose I'm still bitter about what they did to poor Tahiri.

Tahiri is my life and I shake my fists to the sky that my sunshine barefoot princess and her overly serious Solo didn't get to live happily ever after.

I KNOW! Even worse is what happened to her during Legacy of the Force and Fate of the Jedi. I loved her in New Jedi Order and how she was basically a giant punching bag and still survived everything and was still her sunshine barefoot self and then nope, not anymore.

Lesson of Star Wars: Don't get involved with Solos. Because Leia shot down Jag in the Dark Nest Trilogy. Jacen had his father in law killed by a genetic disease. Anakin died way too soon, but Tahiri was still damaged.

Janeway/Seven, though I never expected it to be endgame anyway, so.

Jess/Sebastian from Shark, but they probably would've been endgame if the show hadn't gotten screwed over. I also liked Isaac/Madeline better than Isaac/Raina, but that never had a chance of happening anyway.

Rikku/Paine from FFX-2, and Balthier/Fran from FFXII.

Emma Swan/Neal Cassidy. Stupid Hook.

Haha I actually liked Hook/Emma until it became canon. Like that ship was the perfect example of just because you want it doesn't mean it should happen. I'm more in the Regina/Emma camp but Emma/Neal is also nice and the way they ended that relationship was bull.

EVERYTHING.

I always go for the rarepair crackships that have a zero percent chance of becoming canon at all (let alone engame), and it sucks.

Tenten/Neji from Naruto

Haruhi/Hikaru, from Ouran High School Host Club

Karkat/himself in Homestuck XD
Also Jade/Davepetasprite^2. Came out of nowhere, I shipped it, it disappeared just as quickly.

Ash/Misty in Pokémon
And it looks like my other Pokémon OTP (Ash♦Pikachu) is being crowded out now, and I don't know how to feel about that :/
