If it's just the shower puff, can you maybe have 2 that you alternate? Stick the wet one in a bag for the day, hang it up overnight and let it dry over the next day while using the spare one. You can sanitize the wet one with boiling water every night before hanging it up too.

I always buy loofahs and sponges in cheap packs of 4 or 6 anyway, so I'm used to having a bunch lying around :P
