In all honesty, a lot of it went to bailing out our relatives from their various financial issues. (We've owned a few different homes, but never more than one that we actually lived in, because the others were occupied by some relative down on his or her luck.) I think our latest thing is paying for my uncle to get dental treatment now that his teeth are so rotten they may all have to be pulled.
