This is part of the reason why I can't stand GOT. The over the top nudity now has people talking in detail about the dimensions of 'perfect breasts' (because women aren't sexualized enough, it seems).

Oh fuck off. It's not GoT's over the top nudity that does that (it's not over the top in my life experience btw.) but the contrast with an over the top prude society and bad self esteem that comes with tabooifying the naked (natural) body paired with sexualization. It's far more complex than "omg pretty peeps on TV make womenz feel bad about themselves".
I like her tits. They're much prettier than mine. That's fine. I still like my tits.

It is over the top in that it's clearly there for the sake of pandering to the lowest common denominator and takes time away from actual plot. It's also very skewed, as the vast majority of nudity on the show is of women, with barely any of the men getting naked. The rare times they are naked, it's usually hideous men like Hodor or Pycelle.

Honestly I've seen the unedited version of Caligula and I get the impression D&D were heavily inspired by it because GOT is basically a tamer version of that pornfest.
