That sucks. My sister lives next to the fairgrounds so once a year is just a loud mess for a week.

Sounds like the same kind of weekend I am (hopefully) having. Relaxing is a great weekend.

The sad thing is, we don't live next to the grounds--we're about a 3 min drive away. But the sound carries--though it's definitely not as bad as it would be if we lived in town! During the Ex, we can sometimes hear the concerts.

I'm on summer break right now, so thankfully, most days are relaxing. :) I hope you enjoy your relaxing weekend!
