Re: Random writing question

The situation I'm writing is that the two eldest siblings are caught up in a situation of their own making. I'm struggling to work out how the third eldest would react. The 4th sibling has fallen into the peacemaker role. The 5th is much younger and being kept out of it.

So far I keep writing the third sibling as angry about it and not as understanding as they could be. But I don't know if that rings true or if it's my own messed up family dynamic bleeding through.

(I realise there's a huge chunk of personality involved here too. Guess I'm hoping for any alternative suggestions? )
