I bet those are the same people who were looking at their smartphone right up until that moment, and are so proud of themselves for their ability to multitask and notice a green light (nevermind their inability to measure the current flow of time) and gosh, they couldn't possibly be a menace on the road, it's obviously that person up front! That jerk who's keeping them from reaching the next red light so they can resume their smartphone use! And you should be grateful! At least they're not like those psychos who phone while in motion!
