Maybe more of an LJ question, but do writers go on LJ anymore? I feel like whenever I talk about writing, there's radio silence unless it's related to fanfic...

Yeah, there's a small number of crowdfunders who are pretty devout (I'm among them). There's the crowdfunding community, but if you're not involved, I'm honestly not sure? I mean, I'm still doing okay, but my fanbase is of the "small and quiet but mighty" variety, so I rarely get comments and such.
