Well as long as the rear blade isn't worn away it is kinda helpful. The shape of the car means a lot of muck is kicked up on it, so if it is raining enough for the front wipers you actually do need the rear one. Just f---ing annoying when it has worn away and I'm trying to not use it until it can get fixed. Looking at the various forums, it seems like I might genuinely have to replace the entire arm, or start trying to cannibalise another wiper and cut it to fit while trying to detach the wiper from the bit of metal and plastic on the blade that holds the rubber in place. I'd rather just have FIAT do it and save myself the hassle.

I guess it must be the shape of the car. I only turn on my rear wipers maybe 25% of the time I use the front wipers.
