A woman doesn't like being sexually threatened everywhere she goes? HOW DARE SHE!

Yeah. Someone talking to you about a common interest. So threatening.

Posting it twice doesn't make it true. Unless you are going to agree that all female teachers *are* potential student rapists.

See below, male students are not uniquely punished by society for being victims of the (super fucking rare, btw) female abuser. Women are punished for not doing more to stop their rapes. One of the only things we can realistically and reasonably do to protect ourselvesselves is to be constantly aware of how much danger we're in from the men around us.

You live your life that way. I'll live my life by not being such a miserable, paranoid person. It has worked out for me so far. :)

Look, I am the first to say women aren't for public consumption.

However, what she describes is not sexually threatening. It's a brand new semi-social platform and the guy was a bit weird. Is it cool? No. But it's not a threat, and the way she writes about games and life is just exhausting sounding TBH.

Ah the "You must be so exhausted" cliche.

Yes she probably is, but she needs to be wary of every threat men can potentiall present since any lack of vigilance will be thrown in her face as "Asking for it"

Yes, it's exhausting but while men are threats we have to be exhausted.

I hope she goes home and is exhausted. So people don't have to deal with her shit.

I think this is the first time in my life I've been yelled at for not being enough of a feminist...normally I'm getting called a feminist killjoy etc etc

"You must be so exhausted" is a quick shorthand for "the perspective you're taking on this isn't productive except in that it produces mental a sense of self-important suffering"
