I've met a guy like that. It was in college and we got paired up to discuss the book. He kept insisting Humbert was the victim because he "obviously couldn't control himself because she kept throwing herself at him". I asked him if he'd control himself if a sixth grader threw himself at him and he got kinda flustered and said real life was different.
