I'm a big time Pokémon fan, and I'm not feeling Pokemon Go at all and it peeving me a little how it's everywhere.

Never really got into Pokémon, but I kind of like the concept of the new game/app. Not so much showing up in sacred places and disturbing things, but walking around the neighborhood and town and exploring.

Of course, in general, people + smartphones tend to make anything worse, so I do hope some things are changed in game, or more limited by law.

I think the whole team bullshit is stupid and was an awful decision for Niantic to make. 1v1 battling would have made way more sense in the context of Pokemon and would have prevented all of the stupid shit the teams are doing. But nope, Niantic wanted to make Ingress 2.0.

It's not in the spirit of Pokemon. The whole point of Pokemon is an individual's journey, making friends along the way, not picking sides. Now all kinds of people who wouldn't normally care about the game are playing it just to compete with each other. I can't wait until the "fad" of Pokemon Go dies out so the real Pokemon fans can enjoy it.
