ayrt -- If an entire group of people causes immediate blanket disgust from visual appearance alone, based in no small part on racial appearance (even partially) and all other things being equal, that... sounds racist. But I don't know if that's what subthread OP is specifically reacting to, or if there's something about how they've seen similar couples portrayed in media, or something else.
