DA Yeah, me too. It's giving a lot of people the impression that that's what feminism is actually about and that most feminists are frothing at the mouth at every little thing. When actually most of us are rolling our eyes just as much as non-feminists.

I mean, I can see why because I've been speaking out against these crazies for several years now, and I get called all kinds of names and told to kill myself, that I deserve to be raped, etc and so on. But I think you're cowards for not at least trying to take your movement back.

I think most people prefer to talk to reasonable people and not to insane people. I mean, when the issue arises I try to be clear about what positions I do and don't agree with, but at the same time, when I see someone acting like a crazy imbecile, I usually just block them or whatever.

Because whenever I do I get the same threats, told it's my fault for being a feminist at all, told I secretly agree with the radfems/TERFs whatever. F!S is particularly bad for this. It remains the only place I've ever been called an MRA (not even by trolls, just because I said there was nothing wrong with fighting for men's rights if they're not being misogynists). I've been beat up on enough and I'm just tired. I have severe anxiety and am recovering from PTSD caused by sexual abuse. I had triggers, actual triggers, not the Tumblr buzzword. I can't tolerate the threats anymore. And no matter what I say or other feminists say the radfem trolls never, ever stop and the crueller antifeminists keep being just as bad.

So sorry for being a "coward".
