I use ASMR to help me sleep too! I downloaded the audio from a couple of videos onto my iPod and it works like magic.

A lot of people read - fanfic, books, whatever - before bed, including me, so I say whatever works for you! If you're concerned about sleep quality and have the means, look into a device that reduces or blocks blue light.
