Out of curiosity, what do you find hot in terms of hair? Is there anything in particular like cut, color, etc?

Longish at least. Like shoulder length at least is my favorite, though as long as there is enough to run fingers through I'm probably happy. I'm very into blondes, but I do like brunettes sometimes too. Thick too. Basically lots of hair. On either men or women.
